Lorcan Nelson is quickly establishing himself as one of Northern Ireland’s most exciting emerging artists, ahead of the release of his debut single this summer.

Blending indie pop with folk influences, the singer-songwriter delivers a distinctive sound shaped by an eclectic musical background. His narrative-driven songwriting explores themes of romance and insecurity, all infused with a deeply personal and relatable touch.

His unreleased track ‘call it a favour’ has already garnered over 20,000 views online. Following a string of support slots in Belfast — including performances alongside Anna's Number and Travi The Native — Lorcan has headlined The Deer’s Head as part of BIGlove Belfast and sold out his debut headline show at the American Bar.

Now splitting his time between Liverpool and Belfast, intimate performances with Sofar Sounds and Regard Belfast has allowed Lorcan to continue to grow his following in anticipation of his debut single ‘Easy Love’, set for release in June 2025.
