Sleepless Beauty

A natural soprano and lyricist from a young age, Sleepless Beauty has long explored music through writing, live performance and experimental sound. After winning multiple singing competitions in Ireland and the UK, she was accepted into the 'Rock School' at BCFE, where she performed live and developed her singer-song-writing practice.

Her exploration of music expanded into DJing and sound performance, where she developed her style -
moving between euphoric disco, rolling breaks, warped vocals, techno, hip hop and heavier electronic textures. She further developed under the guidance of techno vinylist, Sunil Sharpe at BIFE. Rooted in experimentation and emotional connection through music, her approach draws from both underground club culture and performance art.

Alongside her sound practice, she works as a creative photographer and installation artist, creating visual and immersive experiences connected to nightlife, queer culture. Her work often crosses between visual art, performance and community-led cultural programming.

She has performed and presented work at festivals and venues including Electric Picnic, All Together Now, Slane Castle and INDEX, and has participated in international cultural exchange programmes exploring experimental interdisciplinary approaches to music and performance.
