Velourcore, hardcore pop, virgin rock, having had a few genres thrown around, there's never been one that stuck, Pretty Ltd are a band from Dublin, Ireland.
Drawing on their love of the 2000s pop punk and alt rock sounds, Dublin trio Pretty Ltd have merged this, along with influences such as Jamie Lenman, Dinosaur Pile-up, Biffy Clyro, Queens of the Stone Age and Motion City Soundtrack, to form their own super-charged and vociferous version.
With the release of their debut single ‘High’ in 2023 the boys quickly started gigging around Ireland, completing an Irish tour with Idle Discourse to amazing response. ‘High’ was also briefly featured on on Today FM when one of the lads girlfriends sent a Spotify link in via WhatsApp before they realised the song was about drugs.
Since 2024 the boys have played support to NI pop punk stars Cherym, and TikTok sensation Robert Grace, a co-headline tour with UK duo Soaper, as well as steadily releasing singles, with their latest 'I Get So Excited' being featured on The Unsigned Guide, Maximum Volume, Uber Rock, Genuine Irish and more.
2025 saw a slot at Whelan's Ones To Watch in a packed out upstairs room. Followed up by their debut EP 'By Name, By Nature' in June alongside their first UK tour. Their live show has become notorious for how tight, energetic and engaging it is.
