Maya Hope

Maya Hope is a Wicklow based songwriter and musician, using storytelling, fantasy, and deep emotion to weave together songs that take you on a journey. She is inspired by artists such as AURORA, Hozier, Tamino, and The Amazing Devil. She strives to create different worlds for her listeners to fall into. Her music and lyrics are rooted in reflections of her life, societal issues, a boundless love of nature, and often inspired by the innumerable fantasy novels she often finds herself lost in

Maya has been writing and performing since 2017. She was involved in various music projects throughout her teenage years and was given opportunities to perform at various local events and markets around Bray and Wicklow. In 2019, she performed some of her original music at the Climate Change and Consciousness Conference in Findhorn, Scotland.

Most recently, Maya has been working behind the scenes on bringing her music to it's fullest. Her debut EP "ROOTS" is due to be released in August 2026 with a few singles and music videos along the way.
