Magazines are a 4-piece alternative indie band from Dublin, Ireland. Magazines is made up of Cath (vocals, guitar), Shayne (guitar), Tom (bass), and Dan (drums). The four met in 2018 and have been gigging together ever since, playing in various clubs and pubs across Ireland. Magazines cite Wolf Alice, The Japanese House, Clairo, The Cure, Smashing Pumpkins, and Bombay Bicycle Club as influences.

Magazines are set to release their new single, “Happy Alone” on September 18th. “Happy Alone” was recorded and produced by Adam Redmond of Flaked Studios, who also produced the new EP from fellow Irish band, Milk.
