KIT JAMES is an Alt-Folk songwriter from the West of Ireland now residing in Dublin city. His songs are driven by open-tuned finger-style acoustic guitar work with an atmospheric soundscape made up of cello (Maeve Kelly), layered vocal pads and ambient electric guitars. Atop this ethereal sound lies immersive and intimate lyrics touching on themes of nature and home

Currently recording a collection of songs with American engineer and producer Quentin Thane Singer, Kit has a number of songs set to be released in 2026 following his first single RUN which was released in late December 2025.
