Esmeralda Road are a Belfast indie-fusion band quickly establishing themselves as one of the most exciting new live acts to emerge from the UK and Ireland.

Built on sharp songwriting, restless rhythms and an instinct for turning small rooms into full-blown parties, the band first gained attention through a string of sold-out shows in Belfast and early releases that spread quickly online. Their debut single To U won the NI Music Prize in 2023 at Belfast’s Ulster Hall, marking the beginning of the rise for the band.

I Think (2024), signalled a step forward in both confidence and ambition, gaining traction online and earning the band their second NI Music Prize win. On stage, their reputation grew just as quickly. Esmeralda Road began taking their high-energy live show across the UK and Ireland, sharing stages with artists including Liam Gallagher and Primal Scream, while building a devoted following through relentless touring.

Now, 2026 marks the band’s biggest step yet. With new music on the horizon, Esmeralda Road are set to tour across the UK and Ireland supporting Irish indie risers Basht., before embarking on their most ambitious headline tour to date later in the year.
