Will Whyte and The Brain

Dublin-based outfit Will Whyte and The Brain formed in 2025, bringing together sharp song writing, experimental production, and esoteric composition. The band made their debut with the single Haribo, the first release from their upcoming debut album Insufferable Monster, due later in 2026.

The project is led by frontman and songwriter Will Whyte, alongside bassist and producer Iain Faulkner, and composer and art producer Justin Young.

Together, the trio create a sound that balances raw energy with offbeat creativity, blending memorable hooks with layered production, unconventional time signatures, and alternative tuning techniques woven throughout their writing.

With their first full-length record on the horizon, Will Whyte and The Brain are quickly establishing themselves as one of Dublin’s most intriguing new acts.
