Old rockers never die…they just keep, eh…rolling. Motorheads’ Lemmy being a prime example. Posthumously, he’s bigger than ever!
I’ve been writing original songs all my adult life and I just think its time to be heard. My influences go right back to the early rockers – Jerry Lee, Eddie Cochrane etc through the great sixties and seventies era right up to the Rhythm & Blues, hard rock, punk and heavy metal bands of the eighties. If anything I think my style is along the AC/DC, Bon Jovi, Motorhead spectrum with maybe a bit of R&B subtly intertwined.
I’m Irish and was born and grew up in Belfast, leaving in 1990 for the bright lights of London before returning to Ireland and living in Dublin since 1997. I’ve worked in construction and refurb most of my life and never put anything musical out or played in any cover bands.
My songs are melody driven with a strong beat and hooky choruses.
