A regular performer around the city Alan Tully has played pretty much every venue, trendy gin-joint and run down old rum shack in town and has regularly been involved in many of the famous music sessions Dublin is so well known for. These include the Monday Echo at the International, Saucy Sundays at the Grand Social, The Music Medium Live Showcases at the Sweeney Mongrel and the 50c Sessions in the Matchbox Theatre amongst many others.
Apart from his own shows Alan has also supported many artists such as Tiger Cooke, Aisling Quinn, Readers Wives, Arrow in the Sky and Matt Lunson (One Day International). He has also appeared at numerous festivals in Dublin and around Ireland including, Vantastival, Castlepalooza, 10 Days in Dublin, Knockanstockan and The Dublin City Soul Festival.
Tully's debut EP, "The Age of Sail" was released on 25th March 2011. The launch was at a sell out show in Dublin's Bewleys Cafe Theatre and the record is available digitally on iTunes, Amazon, Bandcamp and CDBaby.
