Sugabooo the “WhatsApp rapper” released his debut mix tape Kimmagination in August 2025. His track Goin Ballistic reached the Viral top 10 in Ireland and captivated the Irish expat community globally. The track has also garnered the attention of superstars Lewis Capaldi & Moglai Bap.

Fresh from his debut Dublin headliner, a sold out show in the iconic Whelans and a seminal performance at All Together Nows All City stage SugaBooo is set to make his American debut at SXSW.

The moniker was coined in 2022 when his initial underground material was virally circulated in Dublin via WhatsApp.

SugaBoos first gig was in the whelans main room opening for Mik Pyro of Republic of Loose fame to a sold out crowd in December 2023.

Sugabooos first public release was early in 2025, a Feat on Lil Skags Pilgirmmage to Kimmage and received track of the week on the Nialler9 blog.

SugaBooo has toured Ireland and the UK on his own and also with Lil Skag, the duo now have an upcoming mixtape together this spring; Skagaboo which also features the rapper Curtisy.
