SINK

With distinctive guitar riffs and catchy vocal hooks, matched with intense live performances, SINK was formed on the backs of several different Irish bands who made waves within the alternative scene. Their philosophy revolves around a no-limits approach to songwriting and performance. They aim to show their adoration for music in every note, lyric and live show. SINK is a passion project, born purely from the desire to reach people’s hearts and move their primal instincts with powerful songs and energetic performance.

The members have been performing across stages their entire lives, ranging from shows in Wacken Festival Germany, to venues all across Ireland backed by MCD promoters. Described as a 'super-group' of the Hard-Rock scene in Ireland, they have come together to form what is undoubtedly their most ambitious and strongest project to date.

Inspirations are broad, and each of the five members bring unique influences to the table from classic boom bap hip-hop like ‘Nas’ & ‘MF DOOM’, to more modern contemporary alternative artists like, ‘Twenty-One Pilots’, 'Bjork’, and ‘Turnstile’. Sonically the band is based in hard-rock comparable to groups like ‘Linkin Park’ and ‘Bring Me The Horizon’, also taking inspiration from those bands philosophies by embracing other genres and styles, never boxing themselves into one specific sound.

The group is currently in the process of having their debut EP mixed by Connor Sweeney Productions, with a planned release date for their first single ‘One Mind’ in mid-2026
