I am Seán‑Pól O’Peatáin (John‑Paul Patton): Neo‑Druidic Bard, environmental activist, teacher, lover, and rEvolutionary.
My musical roots go back to the Belfast anarchist punk scene of the late 1980s, where I became the 17‑year‑old frontman of the Lisburn punk band False Morality. That raw, rebellious energy shaped me as a poet and performer and found expression from 2001-13 with the Belfast neo‑pagan rock band Spiral Force.
In 2018 I moved to the West of Ireland to build an educational ecovillage project, Enriched Earth. That dream unfolded into an off‑grid cottage, a home studio, a family, and developing connection with the local community. I continue my teaching work here while dedicating myself fully to music.
True to punk ethos, I see music as a Sonic Sword in the Battle for Universal Freedom.
I host a Supporters Group on Bandcamp for those who want to be part of my Bardic creative process. Members get early access to releases, behind‑the‑scenes updates, exclusive content, merch discounts—and most importantly, a place in the rEvolution of what I’m building.
Over the next few years I’ll be releasing my long‑gestating concept album Songs of the Sídhe. With your support, I aim to release a new track every 4–6 weeks for the next three years, beginning with my first solo release at Spring Equinox 2026.
Alongside my solo work, I’m developing a collaborative band project, Clann Ceol, working with incredible musicians here in the wild West of Sligo.
Singing in the Changes. Carpe Diem agus go raibh míle maith agat, mo chara.
