Sean Flood is a singer-songwriter and actor from Donegal, creating honest, melodic songs inspired by life along the Wild Atlantic Way. Blending folk, indie,
blues and Irish influences, his music combines with raw live energy and a strong sense of place.
A regular performer on the Donegal live music scene, Sean hosts and performs at weekly sessions in The Forge, Donegal Town, where musicians and singers gather for lively traditional and contemporary nights of music. His original songs, including Donegal Dreams, Run Away With Me and recent new material, reflect themes of love, nostalgia, humour, community and Irish life.
Alongside music, Sean has built an acting career with appearances in Peaky Blinders, Derry Girls, Four Letters of Love and the Donegal drama C.R.A, alongside additional television, film and live performance work across Ireland and the UK.
Known for his warm stage presence and authentic style, Sean’s performances move easily between intimate acoustic moments, upbeat Irish session energy and crowd-pleasing originals. Drawing inspiration from artists such as The Beatles, Bob Marley and The Pogues, he continues to build a growing audience online and on stage through heartfelt songs, humour and a deep connection to Donegal and its people.
