Quentin Thane Singer

Quentin Thane Singer is a guitarist, producer, recording/mixing engineer, and songwriter based in Dublin, Ireland. Singer moved to Ireland in 2024 and has since collaborated and produced music with a variety of Dublin based artists including Kit James (folk/alternative), Glasseyed (live guitar), and Thayne - Singer's self-produced metal project. Originally hailing from Washington D.C., USA, Singer cut his teeth as a guitarist and recording engineer studying at Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts. During his tenure at Berklee, Singer helped co-found the alt-rock shoegaze outfit Heavy Sleeper, which has gone on to release several EPs and singles and amassed over 150k+ streams.

After graduating in 2019, singer moved to Los Angeles where he worked as a session guitarists, freelance recording engineer and later as an assistant engineer at the world renown Village Recording Studios in Santa Monica. Throughout his time in Los Angeles, Singer worked with a variety of clients including One World Language Solutions and radio Hall of Famer Shadoe Stevens.

Singer moved relocated to Dublin, Ireland in 2024 where he's been actively contributing to the city's vibrant music scene - in 2025 alone Singer released the self-produced debut EP for Thayne, performed Ireland Music Week as a live guitarist in the metal band Glasseyed, and produced engineered/mixed Kit James debut single "Run."

Singer is currently gigging with and recording/producing works for a number of artist in Dublin, including his band Thayne, and Kit James' who he also performs with as a live guitarist.
