Picture Postcard

Melding modern shoegaze with the rawness of emo, Dublin outfit Picture Postcard scratches that nostalgic itch for 90s/00s music while bringing a fresh take to the genre.

"Howling vocals and an unrelenting guitar, with that classic shoegaze flair", as described by Hot Press magazine, the band draw inspiration from iconic bands such as Title Fight, Citizen, and Basement.

Formed in late 2024, Picture Postcard were eager to quickly carve out their own place in the Irish music scene with the release of two singles in 2025 and consistent gigs in Dublin and beyond. Working on a collaborative basis with independent Irish label Never Meant Records, the band released their debut EP, "with time" on the 7th of May. A five-track release, it explores nostalgia, yearning and regret submerged within their characteristic wall of guitars and synths.

Alongside this, the band has recently announced tour dates covering a range of cities such as their hometown Dublin, Belfast, Galway and Cork in promotion of their debut EP. Picture Postcard will also be opening for legendary American post-hardcore/emo outfit Texas is the Reason on the 3rd of June at the Grand Social
