ØMEGA

ØMEGA is an alternative hip hop act based out of the small town of Ardee County Louth. After discovering hip-hop in his formative years, ØMEGA began releasing music in 2016 after releasing for 4 years under a different name. With an explosive first performance at Electric Picnic in 2016 and released his debut project with producer Noizy Gent (FKA Ill Diam) in 2017. After establishing his trap centric sound he teamed up with long time collaborator and fellow artist RÓGAN to create "RÓGAN X ØMEGA". After several successful singles and projects and features in Hot Press, District, Goldenplec, Nialler9, FMC and The Last Mixed Tape as well radio play on RTE 2FM, Pulse and Kerrang FM in the UK, the duo went on to complete several performances across the country in Dublin, Limerick, Cork, Louth, Donegal and Belfast, the duo decided to split off to explore solo projects.

In January 2024, ØMEGA made his long awaited return to solo music for the first time in 5 years with the release of his new tracks "olive branch freestyle/settled scores" showing the emergence of a new chapter within the artistry of ØMEGA. This era is defined by the duality of dealing with the voices in your head. The days you feel unbeatable and the days you feel defeated and the balance found in between. This is exactly what he discusses in his new music. He returned with two new singles in February with "dead poets society/made a mess of it". As well during this time he started his series of social media freestyle known as "Free Jewellery Fridays" which spawned a 5 track EP which dropped exclusively on Soundcloud.

ØMEGA is a once in a lifetime artist who provides a perfect blend of introspective lyricism and impeccable wordplay mixed with unique soundscapes and alternative approach to hip-hop.
