Ocean Tisdall

Ocean is an Irish singer-songwriter, originally from a small town in the Wicklow mountains.

Writing from a young age, he drew early inspiration from his mum’s country records and 90s glam/diva icons. His new project is stripped, acoustic heartbreak, delivered with soulfully moving vocals and honest lyrics which he writes and records in Edinburgh with his producer.

With an EP to come, singles like “Sugar in His Tea” (19 June) and “Making It Easy” (28 Aug) received rave reviews from Earmilk, ROTD and more.
Influenced by Troye Sivan, Cian Ducrot, Lewis Capaldi and Billie Eilish, Ocean channels an empowering, rebel-like spirit into intimate ballads and widescreen pop.

Growing up with dyslexia, he found a voice through music and visuals, aiming to make listeners feel seen. For fans of Sam Smith, Olivia Rodrigo and Lewis Capaldi, he blends modern production with classic song-crafting.
