Mynameismond

Mynameismond is the stage name of Des Walsh, a singer/songwriter living in County Cavan. With over 40 years of band and performance experience Mynameismond is comfortable in any performance space from cosy acoustic sessions to large festival stages. Having played with X-Rated and The Dark Horses amongst other acts, he now plays with and writes for the very wonderful band Whistle (breakingtunes.com/whistle) an entertaining Americana style group based in Dublin. He also plays really loud guitar with the rock covers band First Authors.
