Following an extraordinary year in 2025 with the release of her fourth EP, THE FLOOD, alt-pop artist Lea G continues to build momentum across the UK and Europe.
Often described as what might happen if Florence + the Machine and Orla Gartland collided in a feverish daydream, the six-track EP explores themes of introspection, transformation, and vulnerability. Produced and recorded alongside Grammy-nominated engineer Isabel Gracefield, THE FLOOD showcases Lea’s ability to craft emotionally charged, anthemic soundscapes while retaining her signature blend of acoustic intimacy and soaring alternative-pop energy. The release was supported by Dolby, including immersive Dolby Atmos mastering and a special premiere cinema screening of THE FLOOD short film.
From haunting melodies to raw, confessional lyrics, the project invites listeners into a sonic world that is both nostalgic and immediate. In 2025, Lea brought THE FLOOD to the stage with a dynamic six-piece band, completing an 11-date UK and European headline tour, supporting Jude York on his European tour. In 2026, THE FLOOD returns in a live re-release featuring full-band recordings captured at RAK Studios, while Lea also begins to introduce a brand-new project. With over 1.5 million Spotify streams, BBC Introducing support on the Live Lounge with Melita Dennett, BBC Radio 1’s Future Pop, and features in WONDERLAND and The Line of Best Fit, Lea G continues to build a deeply engaged audience across the UK and Europe. She’s also already secured festival slots this year at The Great Escape, Victorious Festival, and Y Not Festival.
