Khidyie

Indie // Drogheda, Louth // she/her

Singer-Songwriter Khidyie is an Irish-Hong Kong musician, whose music explores the finer lines between reality and fantasy. Her sound is a blend of folk, indie dream-pop laced with ethereal elements, inspired and fascinated by the everyday moments that can be warped into a kind of romantic escapism. Her introspective folk tales are a reflection of her wonderings about lust, limerence and loneliness.

Her songs are shaped by the likes of Norah Jones and Jeff Buckley while being equally as inspired by the dream-like worlds of magical realism author Haruki Murakami.

Khidyie has recently released her debut EP, Tales from the Rabbit Hole, earning early acclaim across the music press. She has been highlighted by District Music as one of Ireland's "criminally underrated artists," while Paper Media featured her in a full article praising the project as the "Best New Contemporary Folk EP of 2026."
