Kayleen Nolan is a prominent singer and guitar player from Edenderry, County Offaly.
She has been performing since the age of only 14 when she placed 2nd in the prestigious talent competition "Midlands Got Talent", which ran for a number of months with hundreds of entrants.
She studied music theory in UCD and has a Level 5 qualification in Sound Engineering & Production.
She is known to have an impressive vocal range with a powerful yet soft tone, and her stage presence is incredible. Kayleen has been a professional musician since she was 16 years old, playing gigs all across the island of Ireland. She has stated she prefers live music to anything else.
She comes from a long line of musicians, including her father, the well-known musician John Nolan, uncle Thomas Nolan, and Edenderry legend Kevin (Cobber) Nolan was her grandfather, to whom she dedicated her successful Talent Show "Cavern Club Talent", est 2025.
She founded Cavern Club Talent to pay forward the experience she had as a teenager, citing "I did a talent show when I was 14, and it changed my life. I wouldn’t have the confidence to gig almost every weekend now for the last 10+ years, if it wasn’t for that experience. So this is my attempt at paying that forward. I’d like to make this a yearly outlet for musicians and artists to showcase their potential, right here in Edenderry. There is so much talent around the midlands - and it’s not fair for every young artist to need to get the bus to Dublin in order to show it off."
