Growing up working-class instilled a strong sense of independence, shaping the DIY ethos that defines his artistry today.

After moving in with his grandparents, Kadillac began producing his own music from scratch, teaching himself the fundamentals through trial and error. What started as experimentation soon evolved into something more intentional, as he began writing, recording himself, and developing his sound alongside studying photography—another outlet that sharpened his eye for detail and atmosphere.
