Jessie & the Veil

Jessie & the Veil are a Dublin-based Alternative Folk-Rock band, inspired by artists such as The Cranberries, Clannad and Florence + the Machine. The band fuse Irish traditional elements with punchy, alternative rock, creating a bold, contemporary sound rooted in culture and connection.
Writing and performing in both Irish and English, the band have quickly gathered a large following on social media and within the Irish music scene. Following an hour-long debut at Electric Picnic 2025, and multiple packed-out gigs around Ireland, the band released their first single ‘An Bhfuil tú i nGrá Léi?’ on February 1st 2026. The single received a wide reach on social media and streaming platforms, followed by a sold-out single-release gig in Whelan's.
Named in The Irish Times Ones to Watch for 2026, Jessie & the Veil are proving themselves as a dynamic, unique and exciting addition to the Irish music scene.
