I Dreamed I Dream

I Dreamed I Dream are an all-female four-piece from Cork, merging post-punk, dream-pop, sean-nós, and 60s girl-group vibes with a sharp Corkonian edge. Their live shows blur the line between gig and theatrical exorcism - equal parts noise, catharsis, and communal tonic wine - earning Paste’s praise as “possibly the best live act in Ireland right now.”

Formed in 2021 as a duo, the band expanded into a four-piece, amplifying a raw, defiant sound. Their debut EP Why Say A Lot? (2023) introduced sardonic, noise-rock-meets-shoegaze energy, while BOYOPOISONING (2025) dives deeper into chaos and self-discovery, telling a coming-of-age story about love, loss, and Princess Diana.

Currently in the studio recording their debut album, I Dreamed I Dream continue to push boundaries and captivate audiences with a sound that is loud, unapologetic, and entirely their own.
