Fluid Druid

Drawing on Ireland's rich mythology, Fluid Druid utilises a 'psychegaelic' hybrid of bilingual lyrics, live-looped concoctions and analogue synthesizers to craft a genre-defying journey of sounds which feel as at home on a theatre stage as they do at a rave.

From rap ballads about Fionn Mac Cumhaill to funky acid infused hip-hop, squelchy synths weave through a moody, hypnotic soundscape as lyrics dance between English and Irish - exploring folklore, self-reflection, and the mystical mischief of Ireland’s boglands in a darkly atmospheric ride full of humour, wisdom, and bold, inventive storytelling.

Hailing from the 'City Of The Tribes' - the Galway-based DJ and live electronic artist co-founded the Yawlag Collective to develop the local underground scene and has since become a regular on the Irish festival circuit. Performing at All Together Now, Fuinneamh and Éalú Le Grá as well as international appearances in Vietnam, the Netherlands, Spain and the UK - his music has been described as "somewhere between filthy and fun".
