Fig/Astro

Fig/Astro is a new collaborative project between Fiachra Lennon and Andrew Lyster. Insect Politico, an LP of groovy politically aware gems, is due for release in the Autumn of 2024, with singles dropping from March 2024.

The project delivers the rare feat of synthesising an huge range of influences into a new and unique musical identity. As you would expect from two stalwarts of the Dublin independent music scene the music can be filed at the groovy end of your racks under “indie”. The songwriting is substantive. Expect to be engaged by issues, drama and competing voices.
