Dave McGloughlin left the synth-dance powerhouse Le Galaxie in July 2019 to explore the possibility of a solo project... Perhaps one of the worst timed decisions in history....

Having moved and finally assembled a new studio in Galway, COVID chaos soon followed in early 2020. Despite having never stopped writing and recording, it's only now with the release of "We Bring The Energy" that the power-switch has truly been flipped back to the "ON" position.

Although somewhat different from the rest of his new material, the track is a logical jumping off point for a new project: bridging the sound of Le Galaxie to his new solo sound. The track kept jumping to the front of any planned release schedule. It’s an unapologetically bold and punchy introduction to the sound of EverMemo. It won't stay in it's seat, and it's jumping out of the airplane, even though it's not wearing a parachute.

"We Bring The Energy" will be released on 25th July 2025 – his actual birthday date, and just a few days overshot of the exact 6 year anniversary of his departure from Le Galaxie.
