A brand new three piece from Dublin, years in the making. Formed by musicians already established across the Irish and international music scene, Dumb arrive with a sound that blends raw garage rock with stadium scale ambition. The band began life in a garage in Venice Beach, California, and maintains a deep rooted connection to the DIY ethos it came from.
Featuring Jack Hitchcock of Really Good Time, Adam Redmond of Search Party Animal, & Just Wondering, and Micheál Quinn of Meltybrains?, Enemies and Dermot Kennedy, the trio channel a wealth of experience into something direct, loud and built to connect. Quinn’s recent audition with Foo Fighters, capped by a shout out from Dave Grohl at a Dublin show during the band’s search for a new drummer, has brought added attention to the project.
Their live show is immediate and high energy, while their recordings carry a sense of scale that pushes far beyond the room. Dumb are set to capture attention both at home and internationally.
