Deep Reasoning is a Hip Hop Artist from Dublin, Ireland. With a strikingly introspective style, he is heavily influenced by old school 90s conscious hip hop - notably artists such as Nas, Rakim, Talib Kweli, Mos Def, Common and many more. He has been active for many years in the Irish Hip Hop scene, performing around Dublin city centre venues such as The Turk’s Head in Temple Bar, the Sugar Club and neighbouring venues The Underground Venue & The International Bar.

He started out his music journey with soulful themed 'The Quintessential LP (Demo)', then followed local anthem 'In Dublin (Single) (which reached number 5 in the Irish Compilation charts that year) and Design Through Rhyme EP. His official debut LP an 11-track ‘Student of the Game’ arrived in 2015, with lead single Weighing Scales (video on YouTube) featuring local vocalist James O’Reilly of The Address; an indie blues band.

He launched his single ‘Dopamine’ featuring Rebecca Rose (video on YouTube) in late 2019 - with the official launch party with video reveal taking place at the Underground Venue on Dublin’s Dame Street.
‘Rushin' Thru My Veins’ released on June 2021 - produced by Jame McPeake (Lupe Fiasco 2FM competition winner). Soon followed a number of follow up singles The Path Less Taken (March 2022), Play The Game (June 2022), Do You Remember? (October 2022) and Wake Up (October 2023) - all of which are lifted from the sophomore album ‘ Battle of the Hemispheres’ which was released on Bandcamp 8th Sept 2023 with a Listening Party held on 1st Sept 2023, the album then hit digital platforms on 1st March 2024.
