Conor Kinsella

Conor Kinsella is a genre-bending experimental punk artist and producer from Dublin. Created in 2025, the project looks to the idea of genre itself as a tool for writing new music which pokes through the gaps which exist between styles. Exploring primarily political and self-deprecating themes which seek to unpack the chaotic and disturbing nature of life in the present age, the live set combines punk beats, semi-improvised ambient jams, jazz-influenced arrangements and tightly sequenced dance rhythms, at times equally confusing and familiar. Most recently, Conor Kinsella supported Crywank at their sold-out headline show in Dublin in January 2026, with the first headline show of the project set for Whelan's Upstairs on Friday 19th June. The current lineup of the project features a five-piece live band with vocals, saxophone, viola, keys, guitar, bass and drums.
