From Downpatrick in Co. Down, singer song-writer Brigid O'Neill and her band blend great country blues with folk and a dash of jazz, writing songs that “with a melody and delivery that nods ever so subtly to Dusty Springfield’s Memphis days’.(Folk and Tumble).

As Recipient of the prestigious Arts Council NI Artist Career Enhancement Award 2016 she travelled to Nashville Tennessee, where she played the iconic Bluebird Cafe, Music City Roots Show, and a series of other high profile gigs. Brigid O’Neill has been riding the crest of a wave since the release of her critically acclaimed EP debut of original songs ‘Arrivals and Departures’ (2014). In 2016 she released a new single ‘Don’t Make Me Go to Town’, and in Sept 2017 released 'Touchstone' co-produced with Garth Dunlop and mastered in Nashville, to much critical acclaim:
