Bridget and Kitty are London Irish folk singers and sisters who sing unaccompanied and in close harmony. They were deeply embedded in the London folk revival scene, before relocating to Cork at the end of 2025. They have been singing together since they were teenagers and have created a powerful shared voice. Taking music from the British and Irish folk tradition, they sing songs about power, womanhood and tragedy.
They released a critically acclaimed split album on outsider label Betwixt and Between in 2024 and plan to follow up with an album in 2026. Meanwhile, they have supported acts like Jim Ghedi and Shovel Dance Collective, performed with Milkweed and appeared at festivals and folk clubs such as Supernormal and Larry Got Stretched.
