Briana Corrigan

Briana was a member of The Beautiful South from 1988 to 1994 where she sang on various hits including 'you keep it all in' and the number one single'a little time'.

In 1996 Briana wrote and recorded the album 'when my arms wrap you round' which was produced by Mike Hedges and released to excellent reviews on Eastwest records.

Briana returned to live in her native Ireland in 1997 where she has written and collaborated with various musicians. She also followed her love of acting and has performed both in theatre and on film. She completed a masters degree in creative writing at Queens University Belfast in 2002 and has since completed her first poetry collection continues to write for theatre, deliver creative writing workshops and collaborate with musicians and poets.

Over the last two years Briana has returned to the studio to write and record a new album which will be released later in 2010.
