Bó Dhearg

Bó Dhearg is an alternative Folk/Traditional band formed from regulars of a weekly session in The Dragon Inn. Bringing traditional ballads into a more modern musical context while showing respect for the tradition which proceeded them, they also perform lyrically dense originals tackling modern Irish life, which slot seemlessly into their catalgue, broken up by high energy sets of traditional dance tunes with unique arrangements.
