Bar Dracul

Bar Dracul is a solo musician and singer from Dublin. The music of Bar Dracul is a unique blend of rock, electronic, orchestral and gothic elements. Bar has recorded and produced two EPs. The first, Is Love Over?, is a mostly upbeat grunge rock affair, while the second, Draconian Measures, is a darker and more electronic sound. Bar has a third EP on the way titled The Wrath of God.

Bar Dracul's first ever live performance in front of a large crowd was at Electric Picnic 2016 when Bar and friend Luke Seery made it into the finals of the first and only Rubbish Song For Europe contest which was organised and judged by Neil Hannon of The Divine Comedy. Having performed their song T-Shirt, Bar and Luke came in third place overall, being awarded a trophy by Neil Hannon himself.

Since then, Bar worked on his debut EP, Is Love Over?, which he released over 2020 and 2021. Later in 2021 Bar released his second EP, Draconian Measures. He is currently putting the finishing touches on his third EP, The Wrath of God, and he also has a full length album of 10 songs in the works.
