Aoife + The Willows

Formed in 2023, Aoife + The Willows are a five-piece alt-pop/rock band.
Based in Dublin’s fair city, the group is known for Aoife’s captivating vocals complemented by catchy guitar riffs, unapologetically loud drums, and a moody yet danceable atmosphere. Aoife + The Willows have carved their way into the Dublin music scene with their upbeat, unapologetic, alt-pop sound, “blending bits and pieces from different genres to create the world we always longed for in the music scene”. They sold out their debut headline show in September of 2023 on the Main Stage at The Workman’s Club. Their first single, ‘The River’, has gained over 6k streams since its release in August of 2024 and has had audiences swaying to its piano shuffle groove. In welcome contrast to this, ‘POWER’, released April 4th with its electric guitars and evocative message, has women across the city singing at the top of their lungs. Gaining playlist recognition from Genuine Irish and Golden Plec, the song also made it to RTÉ 2FM and has been making waves across the scene since it dropped. The five-piece is gearing up to share even more music later this year!
