Artist's statement regarding the upcoming single release:
"The driving force behind my music is to have a medium to explore unbridled expressions of myself. Revealing the parts of me that may be unseen, even to myself, that come to light in my writing. Learning to understand that two seemingly contradictory things can be true at once. This song started as an exploration of the Madonna/Whore complex, a Freudian psychology concept in which men dichotomize women, not seeing the coexistence of our multitudes."
