Áine (pronounced AWN-YA) is an Irish singer / songwriter from County Donegal.

Heavily inspired by the New Age and Celtic Pop era of Enya, Clannad and Sinead O'Connor, Áine weaves poetic storytelling into atmospheric synths, vocal layering and electro sounds. Building crescendos with soaring vocals, piano riffs, and subtle drums. From melancholic ballads to Ethereal electro-pop, Áine writes, composes and co-produces her tracks, providing audiences a world to sink their teeth into.

Áine has received recognition from Nialler9, The Irish Times, Salut! Folk, Donegal Woman and The Inside Project. Her 2021 retelling of classic Richard Thompson song "Beeswing" garnered significant coverage by Times writer David Honigman. Originally written as part of an FT series, this was further included in a book called The Life of a Song: Volume Two.

Áine has performed live in Whelans (2022); The Fifth Province (Melbourne, 2023-2024) and Jimmy O'Neills (2024).
