Áine Gordon

Áine Gordon is a Belfast-based singer-songwriter working within contemporary folk. Her debut EP The Stray, released in May 2025, is a four-track collection of folk-influenced songs with subtle, layered arrangements and a strong sense of atmosphere.

Gordon’s songwriting balances vulnerability with clarity, rooted in personal detail and observation. Produced and mixed by Joshua Burnside, The Stray has been noted for its raw, unpolished feel and thoughtful arrangements, establishing Gordon as an emerging voice in Irish folk. Her live performances are defined by vocal control, emotional restraint, and a strong connection with the audience.

Since the release of The Stray, Gordon has continued to develop her live profile, supporting Joshua Burnside at the Ulster Hall and performing at festivals and showcase events including Cathedral Quarter Arts Festival, Sound of Belfast, and Chordblossom’s GIFTED series at The Empire Music Hall.
