Bri Carr

Ramelton Letterkenny, County Donegal

Singer / Songwriter in Celtic Folk, Easy Listening. Real life Real love.
Single 'Árainn Mhór' released on 11th Nov 2016 and featured on RTE Nuacht as it was the only Irish language song in the Top 200 Irish Charts, reaching No. 3 in it's first week.
Follow-up single 'My Father's Legacy' features a duet with 6 year old Caela, one of 12 tracks on the new album, 'Full Circle/ Rotha an tsaoil' launched at Glenveagh Castle in March 2017.
Having successfully written songs and musicals for young people for over 25 years, Brí took the plunge to record her own material herself following very gentle persuasion from new studio producer, Jim Corbett, Bundoran. Delving into over 25 years of private writings, Brí turned the spotlight on her own work and the album captures some of the life experiences and lessons of quarter a century, depicting true imagery from the tides and rocks of a little island of the coast of Donegal to the trials and tribulations of fast-paced life.

'Album of the week' on BBC Nan Gaidheal, Brí is enjoying regular airplay on both Irish language (Raidio na Life'/Raidio na Gaeltachta/ BBC Uladh) stations as well as folk/easy listening programmes and interviews on Highland Radio and other local radio stations.

'Stad an Rás' is available to watch on youtube and Vimeo, and all the other tracks are available to download on iTunes, Spotify, Amazon, hmvdigital, etc.
