State Magazine: "With their subtly sophisticated sound, Verona Riots are a band with an undeniable pulse ... Verona Riots evoke confidence effortlessly, with songs like ‘Safe’ showing a band who are quietly assured in their sound."

The Riots released their debut EP, Blue Room Beta in February 2009 with a gig in Crawdaddy.

The northsiders recently recruited keyboardist Ger Cunningham whose fine vocals compliment the lighter approach the Riots are taking to new material, slated for a September 09 release.

Before then, the band is showcasing the songs around the Pale, with upcoming gigs in Smithfield, Balbriggan, Blanchardstown and Bray.
