Mister Ebby is a pianist and songwriter from Galway, Ireland. His debut album “Wires” was released December 2011 after successfully mobilising his fanbase worldwide to help crowdfund part of the recording process.

The crowd-funding project was the first successfully funded music project on Fundit.ie and had support from as far flung as Alaska and Sydney.

Multi-part harmonies and weaving vocal counter-melodies are a signature feature of ebby’s musical style, and shows the influence of his classical music studies.

He honed his piano style doing session work for rock bands, folk songwriters, and jazz groups. Melodic, flowing lines contrast with big rich piano chords, and keeps the piano as the main feature of his musical language.
