Liza Flume, Australian born, Dublin based artist has been rattling the Irish music circuit for the last year with her highly moving live show. Joined on stage by Brian Dillion, Liza's heartfelt lyrics are accompanied by melodic instrumentation and minimal electronica. Her Debut EP ‘Full Steam Ahead’ released at the beginning of May, gained a remarkable response from online blogs such as Nialler9.com, Hypem.com and Goldenplec and featured on Radio stations such as 98FM, 2FM and Phantom.
Liza's debut single What We Called Love “is a resilient and resolved debut song suggesting a worthy new talent” -Nialler9.com and has made waves internationally, sparking the interest of Berlin based producers Monkey Safari. An EP will be released mid May featuring two remixes and the original track. Since the release Full Steam Ahead, Liza has supported John Grant (US) Emily Wells (US) Nightbeds (US) and We Cut Corners (IRE) on their recent Irish tour. Liza played CastlePalooza, Knockanstockan, Hard Working Class Heroes and Electric Picnic festivals last summer.
