Hailing from Dublin he began his own personal musical journey when he was just 10 years old as a result of watching his uncle Eugene play guitar, fascinated by its charm and ability to bring joy to an occasion he decided to try his hand at it, eventually the 2 got along...

As he fell more and more in love with music he decided to apply for the well known Ballyfermot Rockschool. It was'nt till then that he really learned the true reudiments of songwriting and music as a whole, from such great mentors as Matt Kelligan, Francie Conway, Hugh Buckley, Tommy Moore, Fran Prendergast and the on and off again Dave Murphy etc....

The sense of playing music for the love of it has continued as the main theme for him, more focused on getting the best out of the song and being the best musician he can be more so than anything else!!

With a string of gigs already behind him playing such venues as "Whelans, The Village, The Workmans Club and busking the raining streets of Dublin".. Ash is now gearing up for his long awaited Debut E.P. due to be finished and ready for release in spring 2012…..
